  • our social media pages and apps to which the Site links (collectively, our “Social Media Pages”), and,

If you receive or participate in our executive, board search or leadership consulting services, we collect your name, title, professional and personal contact information, demographic data, results of any assessment, survey, or questionnaire you complete or which is completed by Verzital or its clients about you post-placement, compensation, employment objectives, memberships, community involvement, details in your curriculum vitae (including your educational background, work history, and other qualifications), language skills, job performance, reputation, responses to interview questions, and financial details (to coordinate and reimburse for travel), which we collect from you or third-party sources such as online searches and resources (such as company websites), professional contacts, and your employer (only for our leadership consulting services). If we think that you may be interested in receiving our executive, board search or leadership consulting services, we may collect a limited amount of information about you, including your name, title, and current employment, from publicly accessible sources such as professional networking services or company websites. If you are a client or potential client, we collect your name, contact details, title or position, products or services requested, or other information that you provide including via online forms or email correspondence. We may use publicly accessible information to verify the information we are provided with and to manage and expand our business by identifying potential candidates for our clients. Unless required or authorized by law, we do not process sensitive Personal Information about you, unless you have affirmatively consented to this processing.

REASONABLE SECURITY PRACTICES AS PER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND ITS RULES

We have implemented reasonable security practices as per Rule 8 of the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 of Information Technology Act, 2000 amended through Information Technology Amendment Act, 2008. We have implemented stringent, internationally acceptable standards of technology, managerial security, technical security, operational security, and physical security in order to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. By using this service you agree that we shall not be held responsible for any uncontrollable security attacks and in such cases you agree that we shall not be held responsible for any type of financial losses, loss of opportunity, legal cost, business losses, reputation loss, direct and indirect losses that may occur to you as per the provisions of Section 43, 43A and 45 of Information Technology Act, 2000 including any amendments in the said Act and any other laws of India for the time being in force. You further agree that our management shall not be held responsible directly or indirectly for any cybercrime-related criminal liabilities under I.T.
